Prysmian is making final preparations for an all-cash acquisition deal, which could be announced within the coming days. According to sources, although the talks are at an advanced stage, the transaction could still be delayed or ultimately collapse. Atkore's stock has risen about 15% in New York this year, with a market value of approximately $2.5 billion.
