- Outgoing CEO Rainer Blair will retire on Oct. 1, 2026; he will serve as senior advisor until March 31, 2027.
- Sawyer Montgomery most recently ran the Diagnostics platform as executive vice president; she joined in 2017 at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics.
- She became Beckman Coulter Diagnostics president in 2020, following roles leading commercial operations and R&D.
- Under her Diagnostics leadership, revenue rose to about USD 11 billion from about USD 6 billion in 2017; operating profit roughly tripled.
