CACI teams with Oracle on OPM 10-year federal HRIT modernization deal worth nearly $400 million

- Work covers a 10-year contract valued at nearly USD 400 million to consolidate federal HR systems into one secure cloud platform.
- CACI will support development, deployment, and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM SaaS, including embedded AI and standardized data exchange.
- OPM expects the consolidation to cut taxpayer costs by more than 90% while improving efficiency, security, and service delivery.
