- Net interest income climbed 8.5% to $10.32 million as interest income increased 5.8% to $19.98 million.
- Net interest margin edged down 0.01 percentage point to 2.77% on higher interest on deposits and subordinated debt.
- Provision for credit losses remained a recovery, rising to $299,000 from $237,000, while non-interest income increased 19.3% to $2.15 million.
- Total assets grew to $1.57 billion at June 30, 2026, while deposits rose 3.7% to $1.18 billion.
