Bosstech Technology raises its US IPO price range: the issue price range has been increased to $5-7, raising 33% more funds than originally planned.

Zhitong Finance APP has learned that POCH Technology (POCH.US), a digital marketing solutions provider headquartered in Hong Kong, China, raised the size of its upcoming IPO on Thursday. The company now plans to raise 38 million US dollars by offering 6.3 million shares at a price range of 5 to 7 US dollars per share. In its previous IPO filing, the company planned to offer the same number of shares at a price range of 4 to 5 US dollars per share. Based on the midpoint of the revised price range, POCH Technology’s fundraising will increase by 33% compared to earlier expectations, and its market value will reach 128 million US dollars.

Established in 2020, POCH Technology plans to list on Nasdaq under the stock code POCH. AC Sunshine Securities is the sole underwriter for this IPO.
