- The transaction would add response-coordination software that computes engagement plans, provides explainable AI judgement, and logs an evidence-linked audit trail.
- DomeCommand is designed to fuse multi-sensor feeds into one operating picture, coordinate multiple response assets, and run offline on a single workstation.
- A 12-week proof-of-capability program with the European Defence Tech Hub is underway, targeting initial milestones in Q4 2026.
- The acquisition has not closed and remains subject to customary closing conditions.
