- Deal implies equity value CAD 3.4 billion, enterprise value CAD 6.7 billion; GO assumes CAD 550 million debentures, about USD 1.1 billion property debt.
- H&R unitholders expected to own about 67% of the combined entity; closing targeted in Q4 2026, subject to approvals and conditions.
