- The project would replace the Strawberry High Line Canal with a buried, pressurized pipeline system, supported by a new pump station and related infrastructure.
- The corridor would be repurposed with an integrated regional trail, aimed at improving community connectivity.
- Jacobs expects to deliver design work and construction-phase support through a joint venture with Bowen Collins & Associates.
- The upgraded system is intended to support water deliveries for agricultural users and growing communities, targeting a future population of about 420,000.
