BioXcel amends Oaktree-led credit agreement, cuts minimum liquidity covenant to $3 million
Reuters2026/08/11 11:04- BioXcel Therapeutics entered a 12th amendment to its April 19, 2022 credit agreement with lenders led by administrative agent Oaktree Fund Administration.
- Deadline extended to Aug. 21, 2026 to sign a lender-acceptable deal to repay all obligations or secure an alternative capital solutions transaction.
- Minimum liquidity covenant cut to $3 million from $6.25 million.
