Kalaris net loss widens to $11.52 million in Q2 FY26

- GAAP R&D expense rose 6.85% to USD 9.02 million, while GAAP G&A expense fell 11.74% to USD 3.37 million.
- Cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities totaled USD 93.54 million, down from USD 117.98 million at Dec. 31, 2025.
- Patient dosing continues in the Phase 1b/2 TH103 study; preliminary data is expected in 1H 2027, with Phase 3 initiation targeted by year-end 2027.
- CEO Andrew Oxtoby cited new clinical-material batches with process enhancements, following expanded Phase 1a TH103 results supporting prior BCVA, OCT and PK findings.
