- The stake represents about 97.73% of voting rights, with all 100,000 A-shares tendered and 56,263 B-shares still outstanding.
- Offer terms were 5.33 newly issued White Pearl shares plus SEK 10 cash for each Aixia share.
- Settlement is expected to start around Aug. 26, 2026, with about 8,100,198 new White Pearl shares to be issued.
- White Pearl plans a squeeze-out of remaining Aixia shares and aims to delist Aixia from Spotlight Stock Market.
