Reuters2026/08/11 19:14- Servana AB (publ) meluncurkan private placement senilai 5 juta SEK lewat penerbitan 1.250.000.000 saham baru.
- Harga penempatan 0,004 SEK per saham, diskon sekitar 47,5% terhadap VWAP 30 hari sebelum keputusan.
- Dana dipakai untuk membantu membiayai pembayaran tunai akuisisi Dynava Group, biaya transaksi, kebutuhan modal kerja.
- Penempatan menaikkan jumlah saham menjadi 8.504.915.574 dari 7.254.915.574, dilusi sekitar 14,7%.
