- Operating result swung to profit, with pretax income at BRL 2.08 million and income tax expense of BRL 831,000.
- Cash and cash equivalents climbed to BRL 9.91 million from BRL 3.93 million at Dec. 31, 2025.
- The group reiterated its wood-sawn business exit at unit Battistella Indústria e Comércio, keeping only inventory sales until stocks are depleted.
