Reuters2026/08/11 20:55- Brookfield Oaktree Holdings membukukan laba bersih GAAP USD 160,91 juta pada kuartal II, naik dari USD 66,66 juta.
- Laba bersih yang dapat diatribusikan kepada pemegang unit Class A naik menjadi USD 49,04 juta, didorong keuntungan investasi yang belum direalisasi.
- Revenue turun 24,65% menjadi USD 91,18 juta, seiring pendapatan bunga dan dividen merosot 37,1% menjadi USD 70,59 juta.
- Beban bunga naik 9,9% menjadi USD 19,97 juta, sementara laba terealisasi investasi dana terkonsolidasi melonjak ke USD 70,05 juta.
- Perusahaan menegaskan melepas 100% kepemilikan NTR pada 20 April 2026, sehingga tidak lagi memiliki eksposur tidak langsung ke Brookfield REIT.
