- Perusahaan menilai gugatan Mascarenhas yang menuntut lebih dari CAD 26 juta menciptakan konflik kepentingan jika ia kembali memimpin.
- Surat pemegang saham menyoroti penurunan kapitalisasi pasar sekitar CAD 139 juta, dengan saham turun 95% sejak puncak Februari 2020 hingga April 2026.
