- Pendanaan awal melalui fasilitas akuisisi EUR 380 juta dari DNB Bank ASA dan Rabobank, ditambah likuiditas tersedia EUR 121 juta.
- Menck menargetkan pertumbuhan pendapatan >20% CAGR, margin EBITDA 50-55% jangka menengah, didorong ekspansi armada hammer besar.
