- Distribution split into 3.98 Singapore cents paid on June 8, 2026, then 2.04 Singapore cents payable on Sept. 25, 2026.
- Units on record on Aug. 20, 2026 qualify for the remaining payout.
- Annualized distribution yield 5.1% based on a June 30, 2026 closing price of S$ 2.37 per unit.
