- Rental income fell 8.9% to EUR 47.99 million, while net rental income slipped 2.1% to EUR 29.18 million.
- EBIT improved 10.8% to an IFRS operating loss of EUR 24.47 million; valuation result was EUR -41.61 million.
- Funds from operations rose 46.2% to EUR 14.46 million; aFFO more than doubled to EUR 13.03 million.
- Net loan-to-value eased to 41.1% from 57.8%; vacancy rate rose 4 percentage points to 18.2%.
