- Guidance reset follows weak expansion spend by existing customers, tied to sharply higher hardware prices, weaker macro conditions, delayed partner rollout.
- H1 ARR was EUR 37.9 million; rolling ARR churn rate improved to 10% from 24% at end-2025.
- H1 revenue fell 11.6% to EUR 19 million; EBITDA declined to EUR 1.6 million from EUR 2 million.
