UOL forms 50-50 joint venture with Kheng Leong to develop Secure Venture Development (Geranium)

- Key venture: Dandelion Development, a 50:50 JV between Secure Venture Development (Dandelion) and CapitaLand-Mitsubishi-backed Comet One.
- Effective stake in Dandelion Development: UOL 30%; Singapore Land 10%; Kheng Leong 10%; CapitaLand 30%; Mitsubishi Estate 20%.
- Also set up Secure Venture Development (Geranium), a 50:50 real estate development venture between UOL and Kheng Leong.
