- Order covers multiple automated FOX-XP wafer-level burn-in systems, with WaferPak full-wafer contactors, with WaferPak Auto Aligners.
- Each FOX-XP system is configured to burn in nine 300 mm wafers simultaneously.
- Shipments are expected over the next six months for installation at the customer’s high-volume manufacturing partner in Taiwan.
