UPS sells $1 billion senior notes due 2031
Reuters2026/08/12 11:49- UPS launched a USD 1 billion offering of 4.85% senior notes due 2031 under an underwriting agreement dated Aug. 10, 2026.
- Plans to contribute USD 200 million of the notes to the UPS Retirement Plan Trust.
- Another USD 250 million of the notes slated for a master trust funding three defined benefit pension plans, including the UPS Pension Plan.
- Net proceeds earmarked for general corporate purposes.
