- Operating results swung to a $544,643 loss from operating income, as selling, general and administrative costs climbed 37.72% to $1.36 million.
- For the six months, net loss widened to $5.57 million, while revenue dropped 23.19% to $4.38 million.
- Cash totaled $217,654 at June 30; July 13 brought a common stock purchase issuing 166,667 commitment shares and 20,619 shares for $30,000.
