Amplifon completes sale of India business to Hearzap
Reuters2026/08/12 15:23- Amplifon completed the sale of its India business to Hearzap (Hearing Solutions Private Limited) following a strategic review under its Fit4Growth program.
- The divested unit included about 115 clinics, 460 employees, and generated roughly EUR 12 million of revenue in 2025.
- The India operations had diluted group EBITDA; the disposal is expected to lift the adjusted EBITDA margin.
- No material non-recurring charges are expected from the transaction.
