- Auditors flagged no proposed adjustments for the quarter, no fraud indicators, and expected to issue an unqualified special review report for June 30, 2026.
- Council noted the board’s June 29 decision to distribute interest on equity for Q2 2026, paid July 14, to be offset against 2026 mandatory dividends.
