- Royalty revenue fell 43.04% to USD 1.57 million, while royalty and net precious metal receipts more than doubled to USD 6.15 million.
- Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) climbed to USD 9.71 million; operating cash flow rose to USD 4.7 million.
- Quarter-end cash increased to a record USD 31.1 million; total assets rose to USD 163 million.
- Declared a quarterly dividend of USD 0.015 a share, payable Oct. 14 to holders of record Sept. 30.
