- Net leverage held at 2.1x net debt to adjusted EBITDA; net debt rose 2% to BRL 17.3 billion.
- Consolidated transported volume increased to 24 bln RTK from 22 bln RTK in 2Q25.
- Net revenue climbed to BRL 3.94 billion from BRL 3.28 billion in 2Q25.
- Recurring capex rose 19% to BRL 599 million; expansion capex increased 12% to BRL 998 million.
