- Additional IOC set at R$ 0.1 per common share, updated value R$ 0.1 as of Aug. 12, 2026.
- Shares trade ex-distribution from Sept. 2, 2026; holders of record on Sept. 1, 2026 will receive the payment.
- Payment date set for Sept. 11, 2026.
- Earlier 2Q 2026 IOC advance payment totaled R$ 340.72 million, paid on June 11, 2026.
