- Non-IFRS combined contribution climbed 13.2% to $21.7 million, helped by $2.24 million from Mr. Lube + Tires adjusted EBITDA.
- Closed the Mr. Lube + Tires franchisor acquisition for $227.9 million; management said it remains on pace for $58.7 million adjusted EBITDA contribution over 12 months.
