- Total assets edged down to BRL 121.15 million from BRL 122.55 million at Dec. 31, 2025.
- Cash and cash equivalents fell to BRL 122,000 from BRL 826,000 at Dec. 31, 2025.
- Auditor RSM issued an abstention of conclusion on the interim financial information, citing going-concern uncertainty and the ongoing recovery-judicial process.
