Stroeer H1 FY26 net profit falls 14.6% to EUR 38.5 million; revenue rises 5.8% to EUR 1.04 billion
Reuters2026/08/13 05:02- Ströer first-half revenue rose 5.84% to EUR 1.04 billion, while IFRS net profit fell 14.63% to EUR 38.5 million.
- IFRS EBIT slipped 4.83% to EUR 90.7 million; IFRS EPS eased to EUR 0.61 from EUR 0.66 a year earlier.
- Adjusted EBITDA increased 2.55% to EUR 273 million, while free cash flow before M&A rose 3.58% to EUR 110 million.
- Net debt climbed to EUR 995.8 million at June 30 from EUR 870.7 million at Dec. 31, mainly on dividends and share buybacks.
- OOH Media revenue rose 8% to EUR 491.5 million, while DaaS & E-Commerce fell 11.2% to EUR 155.8 million; 2026 outlook reiterated.
