- Total operating expenses fell 19% to USD 2.77 million, led by a 31% drop in general and administrative costs to USD 1.26 million.
- Research and development spending edged down 5% to USD 1.52 million.
- Cash totaled USD 3.5 million, with working capital of USD 3.1 million; cash runway is expected into but not beyond Q1 2027.
- In July, Nasdaq bid-price compliance was regained; a warrant inducement brought about USD 2.6 million in gross proceeds.
