- Adjusted EBITDA loss (non-GAAP) widened to $3.5 million from $2.64 million.
- Expanded Pinnacle VLN retail distribution, launched Pinnacle Pure, entered California; targeted roughly 5,000 VLN outlets by year-end 2026.
