Reuters2026/08/13 16:21- Magnolia Bancorp EVP, CFO, Secretary Donice Wagner resigned effective Aug. 21, 2026, citing a return to her consulting practice.
- Executive Chair Michael L. Hurley will assume the additional title of chief executive officer effective on her departure.
- President Robert W. Kimbro will take on the chief financial officer title effective Aug. 21.
- Kimbro is a certified public accountant, formerly co-owned SageWay LLC, previously served as New Orleans managing partner at Ernst & Young.
