- Basic earnings per share from continuing operations climbed to R$ 9.11; diluted EPS increased to R$ 8.91.
- Cash and cash equivalents increased to R$ 7.36 billion as of June 30, 2026, while total assets declined to R$ 57.87 billion.
- The group paid an extraordinary cash dividend of US$ 2.53 per share, totaling R$ 3.08 billion.
