- Revenue rose to USD 11.99 million from USD 1.98 million, while gross profit slipped to USD 918,000 from USD 1.18 million.
- Operating expenses climbed to USD 31.52 million from USD 23.06 million, led by SGA rising to USD 18.03 million from USD 12.97 million.
- Adjusted EBITDA loss widened to USD 20.86 million from USD 12.93 million.
- NeoTensr issued a USD 13.7 million purchase order; Starshine’s USD 8.8 million receivable remained outstanding as of Aug. 13, 2026.
