Camp4 net loss widens to $33.5 million in Q2 FY26

- The loss widened due to a USD 20.9 million non-cash fair-value loss tied to a derivative tranche liability from its September 2025 private placement.
- Cash and cash equivalents fell to USD 86.4 million at June 30 from USD 109.5 million at Dec. 31; added USD 50.1 million post-quarter.
- Regulatory clearance in Australia and Argentina supports a first-in-human Phase 1/2 CMP-002 trial in SYNGAP1, with launch expected in Q4 2026.
