- Loss narrowed from USD 5.7 million a year earlier, while research and development expense held at USD 2.6 million.
- General and administrative expense fell 48% to USD 1.6 million, reflecting a USD 1.5 million reduction versus Q2 2025.
- Cash was USD 4.1 million at June 30, down from USD 5.6 million at Dec. 31, with USD 0.2 million restricted cash.
- FDA pre-IND feedback backed the CLD-401 strategy, with first patient dosing targeted for Q1 2027, CEO Eric Poma said.
