- Genesis Digital Assets will be rebranded as SWI Digital, forming the group’s US-focused digital infrastructure platform.
- The shift lifts digital infrastructure to more than 80% of invested capital, with a target to reach more than 90%.
- The group plans to build an in-house HPC and GPU-as-a-service platform to move into AI compute.
