- Community Care Partners bought Texas MedClinic in 2022, expanding the footprint from 20 clinics to 40.
- Texas MedClinic will be folded into HCA’s CareNow network, extending access via HCA’s regional systems in Texas.
- Post-sale, Community Care Partners will continue operating more than 70 clinics across several Western states and Louisiana.
