- Revenue fell 28% to $1.18 million; depreciation and amortization jumped to $1.19 million, up from $41,000.
- Adjusted EBITDA loss (non-GAAP) widened to $511,000 from $454,000; management cited amortization of acquired musical works copyrights.
- Working capital deficit from continuing operations narrowed to about $0.9 million from about $4 million at year-end 2025.
- Completed divestiture of NAPW Network and IAW in July 2026 to focus on core operations and reduce operating losses.
