- Sandberg serves as Red Oak’s chief investment officer; he previously co-managed JH Whitney’s Green River hedge fund until 2002.
- T. Allan McArtor resigned from the board, effective Aug. 14, 2026.
- McArtor will stay with the company as senior adviser to the executive chairman.
