- Lindoff most recently served as deputy CEO, COO; previously led medical technology group Arjo as CEO for eight years.
- Founder Jan-Olof Svensson will step down as CEO to lead the group’s acquisition activities.
- Nomination committee plans to propose Svensson for election to the board at a forthcoming general meeting.
