Mondo TV France issues 8,333,333 shares on Loft Capital conversion of EUR 20,000 bonds
Reuters2026/08/17 19:46- Mondo TV France received two conversion notices from Loft Capital under its non-standard convertible bond cum warrant facility.
- Notices cover four bonds from the first tranche, EUR 20,000 total nominal value.
- Conversion prices set at EUR 0.003 per share, then EUR 0.002 per share, based on 94% of the lowest daily VWAP.
- Conversions will issue 8,333,333 new shares, equal to about 9.13% of post-conversion share capital.
- Share capital will rise to EUR 4,037,763, split into 91,236,009 ordinary shares, once the issuance is completed.
