- Issuance included USD 350 million 4.850% senior notes due 2029.
- Deal also included USD 600 million 5.650% senior notes due 2036.
- Notes were issued under the company’s 2014 indenture, supplemented by an officers’ certificate dated Aug. 17, 2026.
