- Terms change extends maturity to Dec. 31, 2026, with an option to push it to March 31, 2027.
- MR Treuhand appointed as joint representative, empowered to grant waivers of termination rights tied to the Sept. 22, 2026 repayment date.
- Forbearance would defer repayment demands pending completion of a planned comprehensive restructuring, subject to a further bondholder vote.
- Branicks cited planned EUR 35 million bridge financing to support timing and liquidity during the restructuring process.
