- Portfolio totals 13.9 MW, targeting construction-ready status in 2026–2027; total construction value pegged at about USD 32.5 million.
- Highway 28, a 6.9 MW project, was bought for USD 1.25 million in milestone payments; construction-ready expected in Q3 2026.
- Gainesville, a 7 MW project, was bought for USD 1.15 million in milestone payments; construction-ready expected in 2027.
- Assets were previously sold in a larger 2025 transaction, then reacquired as PowerBank shifts toward owning operating assets for recurring revenue.
