- Operating loss narrowed to USD 297,597 from USD 597,291, while a USD 332,000 loss on debt extinguishment drove total loss.
- Cash fell to USD 31,710 from USD 225,161, with net cash used in operating activities of USD 192,832.
- Pro forma combined with Savoia FC showed net revenues of USD 205,582, total assets of USD 9.81 million, shareholder equity of USD 6.51 million.
- CEO Prince Emanuele Filiberto di Savoia cited Savoia FC’s Serie C promotion, a newly launched eSports team, Nike sponsorship starting July 1, 2026.
