- Funding split into two EUR 3 million tranches, with the first expected in coming days, the second before end-August.
- Rhein Holding held about 5.1% pre-deal, with its stake expected to rise to about 16.6% on completion.
- Shares subject to a 90-day lock-up; Rhein to gain a right to nominate one Supervisory Board member.
