(*) BANCA MONTE DEI PASCHI BMPS.MI

CEO Luigi Lovaglio is working on two potential share-swap offers for Banco BPM BAMI.MI and Banca Generali BGN.MI as alternatives to Intesa Sanpaolo's ISP.MI takeover bid, daily Il Sole 24 Ore reported on Wednesday citing banking sources.

Generali Real Estate, part of the insurance group, has decided to outsource facility and property management services for its Italian real estate portfolio, daily MF reported on Wednesday. Interested buyers include real estate services firms CBRE CBRE.N, Colliers CIGI.TO and Cushman & Wakefield CWK.N. The business could generate around €50 million in annual revenue, MF added.

JUVENTUS JUVE.MI

The Serie A club said on Tuesday it had signed goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario from Tottenham Hotspur on a season-long loan. The deal includes an option for Juventus to make the move permanent at the end of the season, Tottenham said.
